Culinary Experience

Just as you will never be without things to do and places to explore on the island, the variety of restaurants will suit every possible taste. Indulge in a bountiful breakfast on the open-air veranda as you look out to sea, bistro-style lunches and refreshing cocktails beside the infinity pool, or opt for the full fine dining experience at The Estate House. Rich in history, this is a refined and sophisticated restaurant set alongside the 1830 bar in the 19th-century plantation house, once the centrepiece of the island’s sugar plantation. Fresh produce is sourced sustainably from the surroundings, with an emphasis on ‘local’. Made entirely à la carte, the first-class chefs with Michelin-star backgrounds work to infuse modern and cultural flavours in their dishes.

Sustainability

All food and beverages at the resort—including fruits, vegetables, seafood, meats, and spirits—are sustainably sourced from the island's own organic farm and local farming communities in Antigua. Children are encouraged to engage with the island's conservation efforts, such as adopting turtles and assisting with guiding hatchlings to the sea. Additionally, the spa embraces the local environment by using natural ingredients like extracts from the island’s indigenous Neem tree, enhancing guests' experience with a touch of native tradition.

Why we love it

Accessible only by boat, helicopter, or private plane, Jumby Bay is a sanctuary of solitude, making it the perfect destination to completely disconnect. Despite this, there is also an extensive range of social activities – why not let your hair down dancing the night away at a Caribbean-inspired beach barbecue, or even try a cooking class so you can replicate the local delicacies when you get home.
