Through identifying vital projects, building long-standing partnerships and actively getting involved, Pelorus Foundation is creating and supporting initiatives that address core environmental issues.
Thanks to their Climate Investment Fund, Pelorus Foundation is supporting the scale of carbon removal projects that are working with communities on the frontline of the climate crisis to develop technology-focused solutions. Across the African continent, Pelorus Foundation catalyses wildlife conservation worldwide. Together with local partners, Oceans Alive Kenya, they enabled the development of Kenya’s first community managed Marine Protected Area, to rebuild local ocean biodiversity and support coastal livelihoods. In Namibia, they are working together with Namibian partner, PCRF to support groundbreaking research protecting the pangolin, the world’s most trafficked mammal.
