Ol Jogi Wildlife Conservancy aims to create an economically sustainable African conservation model, with wildlife at the forefront. The property provides employment for 300 local staff and has established a school for the children of its staff making it the only one of its kind on any Kenyan conservancy.
Its extensive CSR programme improves local livelihoods and on top of this Ol Jogi generates local support for its conservation initiatives by demonstrating that wildlife sustains the Ol Jogi Wildlife Conservancy as an entity
