At Pelorus, we don’t follow templates. Every journey is created from scratch, guided by your interests, helping you explore undiscovered horizons. 

1. Every journey begins with a discovery call. We take the time to get to know you, understand your interests and travel ambitions so that we can design something truly bespoke.

2. Our team presents a set of highly bespoke concepts, each tailored to your interests.

3. Together, we refine and work on a final concept. Once confirmed, we begin the detailed operational planning covering logistics, permits and full risk assessments. 

4. Ahead of your departure, you’ll receive a personalised travel pack containing your itinerary and all essential information. 

5. Throughout your journey, and after your return, our team remain on hand for support, feedback and future planning.

We recommend beginning the planning process at least 4-6 months in advance, particularly for complex or remote journeys. This ensures access to rare experiences, exclusive lodges and seasonally limited opportunities - as well as private aircraft and yacht availability.

That said, we regularly operate on shorter lead times. If you are looking to travel sooner, our team can move with speed, precision and total discretion to being your journey to life, without compromising on quality.

Your trip can be as short or as extensive as you wish. As a guide, our trips start from £40,000 per person, depending on the destination, the complexity of your trip and scope. This reflects the bespoke nature of our journeys.

Yes, your personal travel designer remains on hand throughout your journey, alongside our trusted in-country guide or expert.  We monitor all logistics and local conditions from departure to your return, ensuring a seamless journey.

For particularly complex, multi-destination, or high-demand journeys, we may charge an initial planning fee. This reflects the time, research, and coordination required to secure rare access, exclusive properties, and seasonally limited experiences.

As every trip is unique, cancellation terms may vary by component (charters, permits, hotels). We'll share a detailed policy tailored to your itinerary, balancing flexibility with supplier commitments.
