“To see all of the world’s major whisky producers in one fell swoop, however, is still quite the undertaking. Enter: Pelorus. While at these locations, you’ll sample a few of the rarest whiskies and bourbons. Go behind the scenes at not-open-to-the-public distilleries, where you can assist in filling rare casks, and take a look at vault collections that are normally off limits.”
