The terms and conditions that apply to your booking depend on the services you have booked and, for some bookings, where you are based. If your booking includes more than one Pelorus service, more than one set of terms and conditions will apply.

TRAVEL

For bookings that include travel services, the applicable terms depend on where you are based:

United Kingdom or European Union: View UK & EU Travel Booking Terms and Conditions

YACHTING

If your booking includes a yacht, whether booked on its own or alongside travel or aviation services, the Yachting Booking Terms and Conditions will also apply.

AVIATION 

If your booking includes private aviation services, whether booked on its own or alongside travel or yachting services, the Aviation Booking Terms and Conditions will also apply.

BOOKINGS THAT INCLUDE MORE THAN ONE SERVICE

If your booking combines Pelorus services, you will need to review more than one set of terms.

For example:

  • Travel + Yachting: Travel terms applicable to your location + Yachting terms

  • Travel + Aviation: Travel terms applicable to your location + Aviation terms

  • Travel + Yachting + Aviation: Travel terms applicable to your location + Yachting terms + Aviation terms
