Cuisine

The cuisine at Laucala is all inspired by farm-to-table, with the fresh seafood caught mere hours before dining and the organic produce picked from the gardens and farms across the island. The chef needs to add little to enhance the quality of his ingredients, but the additions of the home-grown spices such as vanilla, pepper and tropical herbs create memorable flavours. Sustainability

The villas and lodges are constructed using natural fibers and wood, blending harmoniously with the surrounding environment. Within the garden, wild orchids are carefully harvested, and organic produce thrives on the island farms, contributing to sustainable living practices. Preservation and restoration efforts prioritise authentic vegetation, with only plants that hinder the original flora being removed, ensuring the integrity of the natural landscape is maintained.
