The hotel’s signature eatery is its elegant Michelin-starred Dining Room, serving traditional British cuisine prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The Queen Mother famously enjoyed Eggs Drumkilbo here – a lobster and egg-based dish that remains one of the most popular items on the menu.
