Internationally recognised Oscar Velarde is the head chef, creating top-of-the-range gourmet local cuisine with a twist of Mediterranean flavours. Sourcing seafood from the Pacific Ocean and much of the menu ingredients from his own farm, inventive small plates showcase fine ingredients and are accompanied by Peruvian piscos or South American wines. Dine in the restaurant-bar or watch the world go by from the veranda overlooking Barranco’s streets.
