The main lodge, or “La Casa Grande” as it is known at Caballadas, is set on the top of the hill with sweeping views over the valley. Made from native wood and stone, its blends beautifully into the natural landscape and is able to house up to 12 people. With a personal chef on hand to make sure the unique experience continues at the table, you will be treated to exquisite traditional Argentinian dishes, such as the famous asados (barbecues) and picnic lunches to take with you on your daily adventures. Meals are carefully paired equally outstanding Argentinian wines to entice your palate. The lodge is also home to multiple eco-regions including arid plains, forest and alpine highlands. You’ll want to explore across the pampas whether it be by a guided horse-ride or a trip to the best fly-fishing spot on the pristine creek flowing through the ranch.
