We are seeking a creative Marketing Executive with a strong digital-first mindset to deliver impactful campaigns. This is a rare opportunity to work with one of the most ambitious experiential businesses in the industry, redefining what’s possible in the realm of luxury travel and aviation.

 

Your Mission

You will play a key role in delivering campaigns across paid media, websites, email and social. You’ll help grow our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and support the wider marketing team on brand-building initiatives. This role is based in London with hybrid working (2–3 days per week in the office), reporting to the Global Head of Digital.

In this role, you’ll shape how Pelorus is experienced - creating campaigns that inspire high-net-worth clients, strengthen our brand presence in luxury travel and aviation, and drive the growth of our global business.


Your Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns & Content

  • Create content for digital campaigns: search ad copy, engaging social videos, digital ads, landing pages, inquiry forms, and automated email flows

  • Content creation for social media, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence, and community management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver content aligned with our luxury positioning


Website & SEO

  • Manage and update website content using Statamic CMS (basic HTML knowledge advantageous)

  • Apply best practices in UX and website design to create an online experience that resonates with UHNW clients

  • Optimize site content for SEO, driving organic traffic and improving search rankings


Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity and other tools to track and optimize performance

  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance via Looker Studio and Salesforce

  • Provide clear, actionable reports to refine marketing strategies

     

Collaboration & Wider Marketing Support

  • Work with agencies (paid media, creative, and web development) to deliver projects

  • Support the wider marketing team with events, partnerships, PR, and other initiatives as required

  • Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR and other relevant regulations

 

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within luxury, travel, aviation, or yachting

  • Experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)

  • Hands-on knowledge of digital tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)

  • Strong copywriting and design skills (Canva/Photoshop) with basic video editing experience

  • Digitally analytical with strong commercial awareness

  • Creative, adaptable, and detail-driven, with an appreciation of luxury branding and tone of voice

  • Bonus: Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), UX/CRO knowledge, or a relevant digital marketing qualification
