Tastings in the Heart of Greenland’s Wilderness

Cosy up for a great Nordic feast at the base of a glacier as you tuck into a 12-course tasting menu within the canvas walls of a luxury camp. Not only will your remote camp be decorated with carpets, heaters and feather pillows, an award-winning chef will be cooking up local delicacies for this unique wine and cocktail paired culinary experience. Greenlandic food culture is unique in that it provides an insight into a food culture that has traditionally been dependent on what can be caught in the wild.

Spend the night in the wilderness telling stories and enjoying the total silence that prevails. Pelorus can also provide a local Inuit band and games for a livelier evening. Isolated from modern electrical conveniences and the buzzing of city lights, this is an extraordinary opportunity to witness the Aurora Borealis amid the darkness.

32 courses of Sushi on Waikiki Beach

For a sushi showstopper in one of the world’s most tropical destinations, the Ritz Carlton’s Sushi Sho of Hawaii is a must. The operation is run by Keiji Nakazawa, which is the primary reason for the omakase-style restaurant’s hype; 32-courses of melt-in-your-mouth sushi. Not only will you experience astounding cuisine, Hawaii provides a glorious backdrop for adrenaline-spiking adventures.

Take to the skies via private helicopter, to explore the boundless beauty of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Zip above deep valleys and through the jungle canopy with uninterrupted views over the ocean on a course of zip lines. Climb over suspension bridges and rappel down jagged rock faces, before discovering a wild picnic, or enjoying an immersive authentic food experience on a local farm using diverse crops which grow with the volcanic soil. As the sun sets, slip into the water from your yacht for an epic night dive experience with manta rays.

Around the Campfire with Francis Mallman & Argentina’s Wine Country

Experts in creating exquisite moments for you and your loved one, we invite you to sit around the warming crackle of the campfire and indulge in a true Argentine feast, prepared by none other than one of the country’s most celebrated chefs, Francis Mallman. In a country where the cuisine is as colourful as their culture, your party will enjoy watching – what has been years of honing his open-flame cooking techniques – authentic and locally sourced ingredients transform into an extraordinary gourmet experience.

Stroll through the secluded sanctuary of the Uco Valley vineyards, to your private sensory wine tasting in the exclusive cellar of the Rosell Boher Winery, pairing wines with a selection of tapas alongside a sommelier. Ascend to 1,500 meters above sea level for a unique experience at Huentala Wines, guided by an expert local chef in a high altitude cooking lesson amongst the vines, before a sunset ride through the Andes.

Norway’s Semi-Submerged Restaurant: Under

Looking to up the ante? Eat while submerged below the surface. Approach through the icy waters of the North Sea to your reservation 5 meters below the waterline, for a rare opportunity to take in the marine life of the North Atlantic Ocean in a unique setting. Norway’s extraordinary feat of engineering, Under, invites guests to marvel at the cutting-edge design and fine dining of locally sourced produce.

It will come as no surprise that Norway holds a reputation for being a playground of adventure, especially when explored by yacht. Accompany your Pelorus surf guide as you venture to the Arctic Circles best waves. Or alternatively, kitesurf, paddleboard or jet ski in and around nearby islands. Take a journey back in time along the ocean bed in a submarine or by diving. Or, depending on the time of year, helicopter ashore to experience glacier kayaking before settling down for an exquisite lunch on the ice. Only accessible by tender, float to one of Norway’s best and most inaccessible beaches, for an alfresco dinner prepared by your yacht’s chef.

Private Dining at a Remote Camp in the Kazak Steppe

Led horseback by an expert guide through the valley past a series of glacial lakes, you will approach a collection of elaborately decorated yurts, on the shores of a pristine river fringed by forest, one of which will be occupied by a private chef for the evening. As experienced by both Pelorus founders, you will settle down for a feast fit for Genghis Khan himself; a spread of cultural delicacies and lamb slaughtered hours before.

This magical evening was followed by Altay, their Pelorus guide, playing the guitar and singing traditional songs around the campfire as the two regained their energy before an adventurous day of travelling through canyons, deserts and ascending high above the snow line.
