Anton embarked on a career in sales and commerce, and during this period, developed a passion for finance and accounting. Having made the decision to pursue a professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant, he undertook and completed his articles at an accounting firm in Cape Town.
Recently resettled in London with his family, he identified with the vision of the Founders and recognised the opportunity to contribute to the group's ambitious growth plans in establishing a global travel brand. Anton is a passionate advocate for sustainability and conservation, and firmly believes in the responsibility the travel industry has towards the environment and its ability to support local conservation initiatives.
Not content with just travelling, he has actively engaged in volunteer conservation community training, as well as having worked as an assistant cameraman on the National Geographic documentary, Lion Army. He is an avid runner and enjoys seeking out remote places to unwind and reconnect with nature.
