  • Jackie has spent much of her life on or near the water, from competitive sailing and working as yacht crew to creating exceptional travel experiences as a yacht charter specialist.

  • Hailing from Rhode Island and raised around boats, Jackie’s passion for sailing and the sea naturally led her to the Caribbean, where she worked aboard yachts and gained firsthand insight into the region’s islands, culture, and waters. Her love of coastal living eventually drew her to Florida’s West Coast for college, where she continues to call home.

  • Over the years, Jackie has spent several extended periods in the Virgin Islands, working aboard yachts, at The Ritz-Carlton, and within the destination management space. These experiences have given her a unique perspective on both the luxury hospitality and yachting worlds, as well as an intimate understanding of what makes a truly memorable journey.

  • While her heart remains firmly rooted in the Caribbean, Jackie’s curiosity and passion for travel continue to take her around the world. She brings that firsthand knowledge, along with a genuine love of the sea and an eye for the details, to every charter she creates.

Number one unforgettable travel experience?

One of my most unforgettable travel experiences was a yacht charter out of Athens, exploring a unique route through both the Saronic Islands and the Cyclades. Our wonderful Greek crew guided us throughout the journey, sharing the hidden gems and lesser-known treasures of their home that we never would have discovered on our own.

We wandered through winding, white-and-blue villages, stopping at seaside tavernas for some of the freshest seafood and warmest hospitality imaginable. We island-hopped from one beautiful destination to the next, took plenty of refreshing dips in the chilly Aegean, and discovered local wines that completely surprised and delighted me.

It was the perfect combination of everything I love about travel: exceptional food, rich culture, great wine, and, of course, the sea. It’s an experience I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the very best of Greece.

What's your most creative trip you have planned?

One of the most creative experiences I’ve orchestrated was a company team-building charter in the British Virgin Islands, and it made a lasting impact on the group.

We transformed a beautiful beach into the setting for a high-energy, team-wide competition. The group had no idea what was coming when a helicopter suddenly approached the beach and dropped hundreds of tennis balls, each marked with a letter, Scrabble-style. They were given a set amount of time to collect as many as possible, then put their letters to work, forming words related to their industry to earn points.

Everyone had a role to play: swimmers raced into the water to retrieve balls, runners collected those on the beach, organizers sorted the letters, and designated spellers worked against the clock to create the highest-scoring words.

The surprise helicopter arrival, followed by the organized chaos of the competition, created an incredibly fun and memorable experience for the entire group. It was playful, competitive, and completely tailored to the team which was exactly the kind of experience that makes a charter unforgettable.

Who is your ultimate travel partner?

The qualities I value most in a travel partner are a love of the water, a go with the flow attitude, and, perhaps most importantly, common sense…which is why, naturally, my dog Ollie is my ideal companion.

Ollie is every bit as water-obsessed as I am and has joined me on adventures from the US Virgin Islands to the Bahamas. We both have a tendency to chase the sun, seek out the water, and never turn down a good escapade. He’s also an excellent travel companion, although his packing list is considerably shorter than mine…
