The island of Sumba is a jewel in Indonesia’s necklace of islands. The resort itself is set on a deserted stretch of private, gold-sand beach backed by raw, tropical jungle. A cluster of 27 stunning villas and treehouses all in varied shapes and sizes, in treetops or on the water's edge, all boasting views of the ocean with large four poster beds, private infinity pools, private terraces, large en-suite bathrooms, and private butlers on hand.
The décor is authentic and simple with grand marble floors, big windows and large open lounges. The buildings reflect the local Sumbanese architecture, with traditional grass-thatched Menara roofs, teak wood and local artworks.
