Design

This beautiful property is nestled peacefully amidst finely manicured lush gardens and surrounding ranch land, creating an intimate hideaway. Double tiered botanical Colonial courtyards disguise unassuming entrances to the 25 finely adorned suites. Each suite is individually designed to combine colonial grandeur with authentic Mexican furnishings, creating a unique ambiance that feels akin to a traditional Mexican house. The main living areas of the Hacienda are decorated with rich details and vibrant colors, creating the perfect atmosphere for both an afternoon tea and an evening cocktail.

A peaceful swimming pool blends in seamlessly amongst the rainforest surroundings and is the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing swim and to relax in the sun, whilst the manicured gardens are gorgeous to explore. The surrounding 5,000 acres landscape boasts rolling hills and an overshadowing volcano where wild horses roam and fresh ingredients are farmed. From this fertile farmland, fresh ingredients are combined into culinary delights to please your every taste bud.

Sustainability

Efforts are underway to reduce the hotel's carbon footprint by expanding its nursery of local plants, shade-grown trees, and organic coffee plants. Additionally, the hotel produces its own cleaning products and amenities, including shampoo, creams, and insect repellent, contributing to a sustainable and environmentally conscious approach.
